I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. 
 Unfortunately this case should not be closed. I was told to pick up the product yesterday when I arrived the product was not fixed properly. And as they were backing up my RV they hit a pole and damaged it more. This company has now had my motorhome for a total of 3 1/2 months. I am making payments on something I do not have and it still is not fixed properly. Please reopen my case
