Campers Inn RV in Philadelphia (Hatfield) is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They are the worst business imaginable. After they damaged our brand new 2019 Travel Trailer, they lied about it and fabricated documents to cover their gross negligence. I would gladly provide details to anyone considering making a purchase at Campers Inn RV. I hope to spare someone the heartache and misery they caused us. My email is: [email protected].

December 6, 2017To Whom It May Concern:This is in response to complaint ID # ***, *** ***I understand your frustrationsUnfortunately, the Lemon Law does not apply to your RVWe have reimbursed you for any out of pocket moneys spentEverything has been either covered by warranty or by Campers InnRepairs in this industry rely on parts from the manufacturer and do take timeAs each problem was brought up, we ordered the correct part for the solutionThe unit has not been delivered due to this complaintIt is finished and ready to be shipped outThe address you have previously given us is incorrect and we need the address to deliver itThe service manager has made several attempts via phone and email to get a corrected addressThere is no water damage that we have seen and this is the first this has been brought upWe will be delivering the unit next week to either the New York address we have on file or one that you provide for us.Regards,Charles J.General Sales Manager

I am rejecting this response because: According to my research, this fall's under Lemon Law due to the amount of time the dealerships has had my unitI do not deny the fact that they did give me $to cover fuel expenses as well as a $gift card for their storeBut this does not negate the fact that my unit has not been fixed in a reasonable amount of timeIt took over day's for the dealership to fix they repairs needed. When we were going over the repairs that were done, I found items that were not fixedSo now it is November 28th and still, my unit has not been delivered to our agreed locationThis is beyond a reasonable amount of time for these repairs, seeing that it was said to be done in the beginning of OctoberAlso my unit has sustained water damage on the slide out floor and one of the walls, the dealership did reseal my units roof but I do believe that this has significantly reduced the value of the camper and could potentially cause more issues later on

Our Regional ServiceDirector, Larry F[redacted], has again offered to make sure all repairs are done, which you denied on 11/07. He offered to contact the manufacturer on your behalf to see if they will extend their warranty, which you turned down on 11/10. We will not be refunding your monies on your purchase.
