We have addressed and resolved Mr [redacted] concerns outlined in his complaintWe look forward to continuing our relationship with Mr [redacted] and providing him our services as his RV providerSincerelyJoey B***

Purchased an rv that had a known water leak Was informed, and assured that the leak would be fixed After attempts and still a constant leak, we still have a leak in the same location

Campers in Mocksville is not willing to be responsive or proactive in helping cancel an extended warranty that my parents purchased for their RV My Father is sick and I have taken over the sell of his RV [redacted]  in finance has been unavailable/not responsive and the warranty company hasn't provided the necessary paperwork to cancel the services I have been trying to get this taken care of for weeks and they are dragging this out to collect fees or in hopes that I'll lose interest

I purchased a keystone Passport camper from Campers Inn on 6/23/17, Today is 7/21/and we have yet to have the camper at our houseThis was a camper and there were a few minor issues with the camper that they said they would take care ofWell they have yet to do that and made one of the issues worse when they tried to fix itWe have not heard from our salesman since we signed the papersIts like we signed and they were done with us.We have called multiple times and leave a message, and no calls us backWe have tried to talk to numerous people and it seems nobody knows whats going on and what was supposed to be doneThe customer service does not exist hereWe have talked to the general manager and he was just as badWe just want our camper fixed and fixed rightYou can be sure we will not ever do business with them again and suggest that no one buy anything from themWe will pay extra for our warranty work, just to keep from going back to them

They never return calls Once the sale is made, they are finished with you

We purchased a new camper at the myrtle beach campers inn location June 24th We also traded in our keystone bullet because we were informed the existing loan would be payed off in full When we we come to the dealership the next day to pick up the camperWe were never given a proper walk through, the slide wouldn't go back in, the hitch wasn't set up right and multiple mechanisms inside the camper weren't functioning properly We decided to leave the camper there to be repaired properlyA week later we fianally picked up he camper from the mocksville locations We still have issues with the awning and hitch and the roof needs to be replaced Again we bought a BRAND NEW travel trailer My MAIN concern with these people is the way our finances were handledToday SEPTEMBER 17th, we have been informed by the bank that holds the loan for the camper that we traded in that our loan has gone to COLLECTIONS Three months later they haven't even attempted to pay off this lo

Took our RV in to have slide covers checked/replaced in August Also to check the roofCalled us to tell us the slide covers were torn and would need to be replacthe tune of $2240!! To do the roof-$540! Told them to not do the roofOk to go ahead with slide coversWe waited to hear status of the repair but received NO callsWhen we called would have to leave message but never got a return callFinally we insisted on speaking with someone and was always told they were waiting on the fabric and could not give us any other infoWe finally called and asked about the status and again were told "waiting on fabric"At this point we told them to cancel the order and we would be there next day to get our RVWithin minutes of hanging up the phone my husband got a call that the fabric was in!!! Told them we would still pick up RV next dayTold him would have to pay restocking fee-didn't tell us their restocking fee was 20% until we were face to faceNOTHING POSTED AT THAT TIME IN THE STORE REGARDING RESTOCKING FEE! There was a sign that stated no return on special orders but we had not picked up the order! They charged us $652! As it finally ended up they OVERCHARGED us by $which-thanks to my son-was charged back to my cardWe still think that the charge was still too much for NOTHING! Our insurance co stated that was an outrageous amountWe brought our RV home-insurance co sent someone to our home, took pictures, measurements, ordered fabric and came back to our home and replaced the fabric in about a weekOur option of CAMPERS INN-a huge ripoff! The service manager was also very rude!!! Will never deal with them again! The same company that insurance co sent out also checked the roof-made a repair-$15!

Lousy customer serviceThey will bleed the last nickel out of your pockets if you need any work done

They never return phone calls They will promise you the moon and then say "oh no we can't do that" Seems to be a high turn over of employes also

Mr. [redacted] had inquired about the leak on his unit and the dealership agreed to look at the leak as a goodwill gesture. There was no promise at any point that any damage would be repaired. The customer knowingly purchased the unit with previous water damage and an active leak. To properly repair...

Mr. [redacted]' leak would require further require the rear wall to be pulled apart. I have attached a copy of the signed AS/IS statement that Mr. [redacted] accepted and signed during his closing on his unit. He also declined any service contracts and there is no mention of promises implied or owed. The dealership offered to investigate further for Mr. [redacted] at a discounted rate but he has declined. Campers Inn has spent approximately $1500 in parts and labor to satisfy Mr. [redacted]. The dealership will not participate in any repairs or any financial assistance for Mr. [redacted] towards repairs of his camper. We advised Mr. [redacted] of our decision on February 22nd. See review attached documents and consider this case to be closed as there is nothing owed and nothing promised to Mr. [redacted] going forward. Thank you for your time.

We have addressed and resolved Mr. [redacted] concerns outlined in his complaint. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Mr. [redacted] and providing him our services as his RV provider. SincerelyJoey B[redacted]

Review: On June 12 I purchased a 2010 Wyoming coachmen fifth wheel camper from Camper's Inn of Mocksville. I was shown a list of multi-point inspection that would be performed prior to delivery. I also purchased an additional Eco treatment to the inside and outside of the camper. A sub contracted delivery driver was procured by Camper's Inn. The driver damaged the back and side of my camper as he drove into the camp site. During the last month I have called Camper's Inn service department in an attempt to get repairs started. I have been informed the driver is responsible through his insurance and that the service dept has located a company to make repairs on site. However, I have not heard from anyone: repair company, delivery driver or Camper's Inn about a date to schedule repairs. Camper's Inn is my only contact for this matter and every time I call I am told, "Let me check on it and I'll call you back." Aside from the exterior damage, the HVAC ducts and returns have not been cleaned. They are thick with dust and debris. The Eco treatment should have included a thorough cleaning prior to application. Now I question if I paid $1400 for nothing. Also, the shower water faucet has more water running out of it than the shower head. As of this date, July 21, 2014 I have been unsuccessful in resolving this matter. I have made at least one to two calls per week since the date of the damage. *As an added complaint: After three request to send a photo of the camper to my insurance they have not done so and report to me they can't find the pictures they had. As a result my full coverage insurance has been cancelled. The problem is that I am required to carry full coverage insurance since the camper is financed.Desired Settlement: I strongly believe the Eco treatment wasn't applied for the reasons stated above and due to other unclean areas I have seen inside the camper. Therefore, I would like a refund of the Eco treatment. I also want the HVAC cleaned and the shower faucet repaired as it is part of the service listed.I also, want the repairs done to my satisfaction on site to the exterior of my camper at not charge to me.

Review: On July 26, 2014 I entered into a contract with Campers Inn of Mocksville, NC involving the purchase of a 2001 Holiday Rambler motor home. I left 10% down and was given a copy of the contract. The contract allowed me first rights to purchase the unit when the refurbishing was complete. Campers Inn was in the process of installing new carpet so the furniture and cabinets had been removed. The tires had aged out and replacing them was part of the agreement. The check cleared the bank about a week later.I was told that the work would take a few weeks and that I would be contacted when the work was done. At that time I could examine and drive the unit and decide if I wanted to purchase it. I planned a few trips in late August. I took time off work to allow for the trips. August came and went. I called CI on September 11 (ironically enough) and was told that the new price was almost $10,000 more than my contract price, or almost half again as much. I phoned the GM who was rude and accusing. He made no attempt at negotiation, nor was he apologetic. He stated that he had deleted my contract from his computer a while ago. I maintained that he needed to honor the contract and that selling it out from under me would not negate our contract. He stated I did not have a contract, just an offer, and he referred me to the word offer on the top of the form. He was testy, stating that he would not do business with me because I threatened him with legal action. I told him I was trying to avoid legal action. Eventually, he settled down and he tried to talk me into the higher price. That was our only conversation because his last email instructed me not to call. He would only talk to my attorney, should I get one.Desired Settlement: Campers Inn needs to hold up their end of the contract. They should treat me in accordance with their standard company policy.
