I ordered a mug from this company on 02/08/2020, I have not yet received this item, when I called the number on to the business, there is a recording stating the number was disconnected. So I sent an email three times and they only answered once last week stating they were getting ready to ship and gave me a tracking number, but when I looked it up, *** says that’s a pre-shipping number. I have since then sent several emails and notified *** that I have not received this item. Would like to know what’s going on.
