Review: The technician [redacted] initially completed body and paint work on my classic auto less than 8 months ago. I have the receipt where I paid over $10,000 for the entire completed work including but not limited to stripping down to bare metal for rust prevention, body work and paint. I followed all recommendations that Mr. [redacted] and those representatives of C&G customs.This automobile is garage kept and have yet to be driven since paint completion. Now my automobile is back in the body shop with another technician stating the automobile have rust. I'm perplexed as to how this automible would have rust in this short time frame and have not been driven at all. In addition to being house in a garage.[redacted] verbally stated that I had a 5 year warranty for all services completed. When I proceeded to speak with him on 10/30/14 around noon at C&G customs located at 8307 Atlantic Blvd Jax Fl 32211, he stated that he would NOT honor this warranty.I also spoke with the now new owner [redacted] 30 min later on 10/30/14, same location, and he stated that I would have to pay $1,700.00 to correct this matter.However this was not pleasing to me, be it that I originally paid over $10,000.00 for unsatisfactory work that the warranty that I was originally told is now non existent. I now feel that this company and this technician have price gouged and intentionally disclosed false information to increase this sale.I wish for my automobile to be repaired in the correct manner at no additional cost to me, in which I initially paid and should be covered under said warranty.Desired Settlement: I wish for my automobile to be repaired in the correct manner at no additional cost to me, in which I initially paid and should be covered under said warranty.
