Tell us why here...On 2/28/2017, Camphouse Country Landscaping, and Mr [redacted] spoke about how he was unhappy with service (grass seed installation on side of house) We, Camphouse Country Landscaping, stated that we will be out in the next couple of weeks to resolve the issue and install the grass seed Because of the weather, we have to wait a little longer than normal Throughout the year, we have contacted the customer several times (6/23/16, 7/15/16, 8/11/16, 8/15/16, 9/14/16, 10/6/16, 11/11/16, 11/22/16, 12/9/16, 1/4/17, 1/31/17, 2/2/17, 2/10/17, 2/22/17, 2/28/17, and 3/10/17) to check on service and to get an update on outstanding invoices We never received a phone call back The customer still has an outstanding balance of $ After Mr [redacted] filed the complaint we spoke with him on March 10, 2017, at 11:am, and discussed that a crew will be at the property of Santa Cruz Lane in Orland Park the week of March 13, 2017, weather permitting He then stated that he does not want us to comeback and fix the problem If we do fix the problem he said he will refuse to pay us the balance He proceeded to talk to us with a raised voice and explicit language He then proceeded to tell us to call his wife because he could not speak to us professionally We then asked for his wife’s number and he told us he did not have it
