So far, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences that I have ever hadI purchased a 20oz Yetti Mug on 10/30, right away I received an email that they had received my order, and that I would soon be receiving shipping informationI waited until 11/and emailed the company asking what was going on with my order, I had not received any shipping information, and it had been weeksOne week late on 11/20, I received an email from a lady named Robin, saying that this never happens, and she was very sorryShe asked me to contact her right away and let them know if I wanted to cancel the order, or if I wanted it stillI replied right away saying that I still wanted it, and asked if the shipping could be expeditedNo Answer....I emailed back times of the following week and got nothing in returnCalled the office on 11/and left a message, no one called backI called again on 11/29, and talked to a man that said he saw my order and told me he would have it shipped out in the next 5-business daysI said I would like it expedited since it had already been month and no one was contact meHe said that he couldn't do that, but would contact the shipping department and copy me on the emailYou guessed it! No email was ever sent, and I was never copied on itHe said that they had too many orders and not enough products, but they are still advertising this mug on Yetti....seems very fishy! I am now trying to cancel my order and get a full refund, but there is no way to cancel the order online, and I am not sure I would ever receive my refundI am convinced that this company is only out to take your money and give you nothing in returnNext time, you want to purchase something from this site, think...is the money I am throwing away worth it?

I would advise anyone wanting to purchase anything from them, not to. I ordered a cup October 21, never got it. They took my money and they never email, or call back. I've sent 12 emails and called 5 times! I've even tried to contact their Facebook page. Just totally ignore you. Trust the reviews!

Ordered a Yeti tumbler and never received it. I have emailed the company several times concerning my order. They stated it would be shipped out in 5-8 business days. Currently since that last correspondence it has been 11 days. I have never been provided with any tracking information. I have asked the company to refund my purchase and cancel the order, however I have been ignored.

Shipping is beyond horrible. ordered 2 yeti tumblers sept 2nd. still havent received! took months to receive my first set of yeti tumblers. will not call back,chat time is terrible.

One week late on 11/20, I received an email from a lady named Robin, saying that this never happens, and she was very sorry. My husband bought a yetti cup back in September 2nd and still has not got it and its now November 29th. this cup is paid for and we do not have the product.

I placed an order on Oct.31 for a Yetti holder. I have not received my merchandise. I have emailed them at their contact us address. I have called them and always had to leave messages. None of my emails or calls have been returned. It is now Dec. 6.

Ordered a Yeti Cup and Stainless Steel Straws on 11/2/16. After 2 weeks of nothing showing up, I checked the status on their site. Said "Processing" still so I started a Live Chat. I spoke to a Rep called Van. He apologizes and says he will make sure it gets out in the next 3 days....after 2 weeks. So another 2 weeks go by and I check the status again. Still says processing. Call their Phone Number and it goes straight to an answering service. I tried starting multiple Live Chats that started with me being upset and I kept getting a message saying all Reps are busy and to call or email. So I decided to start a Live Chat with just "Would like to check status of my order" and low and behold I get someone on there. Its the same "Van" person. He uses the same preset responses as last time. Supposedly I will be getting a refund in the next 3-5 days. I told him that I was keeping photos of our chats and that if I dont see the refund in a week that I will be disputing the charge.

The worst! Still waiting for my yeti rambler that I purchased in August! & customer service lies!

Camping and Fishing outlet is advertised all over the internet as an inexpensive place to purchase a Yeti tumbler. After 3 months, several emails, one response from the company telling me to wait a few more weeks and not to cancel the order because I won't want the hassle to return it...I still have not received the tumbler. I am not the only one experiencing this- I've not read one review of a customer receiving this product.

I ordered product from them on October 25, 2016. I still have not received my shipment almost a month later. Customer service is very slow to respond, if they do at all. There is never any explanation as to why it hasn't shipped or when it will arrive. I would not do business with this company. They are horrible!
