Review: on August **, 2014 I purchased a tent from wenzelstore.com order number [redacted]. I was charged 306.79 on august **, 2014. I have yet to receive the tent. the number on the website to call, ###-###-#### gives you another number to call if you have a complaint about a product you all ready have -but does nothing for waiting for a product. I called the number that is listed on my bank statement, ###-###-#### and that is to an answering service that forwards a message to customer service. after calling several times, I finally spoke to someone on tuesday, ** sept. the gentleman I spoke to said they would be receiving a shipment of new tents at the end of the week and I would have my tent by the end of the following week, by oct **,2014 at the latest. I have not yet received my tent and am not getting a phone call back. in fact the last time I tried calling I was hung up on.Desired Settlement: at this point I would really like some help in getting my money back.
