To whom it may concern, This customer has been very demanding and we have bent over backwards for her many timesAfter her purchase she had an issue with the slideoutShe didn't feel she should have to bring the unit back to our location because "it wasn't right." Used motorhomes are impossible to predict and after taking delivery and that's why they are sold As IsOut of kindness, I sent a driver hours away to pick up their motorhome and bring it back here as a convenienceAfter fixing the slideout, she took the motorhome back home and it worked perfectly for quite some timeShe has since taken it to another dealer and continue to send threatening emails

The response is totally untrue. I have emails and pictures to back up every conversation and not once have I ever threatened anyone. At the time we purchased our Rv and prior to picking it up I pointed out to them that the slide would not close and took pictures of it. It stayed with them for 1 week before to us picking it up because the said they would fix it and everything would be working. We were assured that everything was working when we picked it up and drove it home (3hours away). When we tried using it the slide would not work. We brought it back and again they said they fixed it and still when we tried it out it did not work. Not until the third time did we take it all of the ways over to [redacted] and then asked them to bring it back. They brought it back but to our home but it took them six hours to get it to us because there was a problem with the engine that they did not tell us about. We had to pay to get it fixed in order to drive it. After the 5th time taking it to [redacted] (3hrs away) they told us they could not help and told us to take it to the Camping World in [redacted]2hrs away)because they refused to help us anymore. We have only been trying to get the slide fixed because they promised they would fix it and never once said "AsIs". They told us to write everything down that was broken and they would fix it when we first purchased it. They fixed most of the items but the slide has been the main issue that doesn't work. I have kept documentation, pictures and video of the slide broken when we did the first walk thru and they said they would fix it. Also, they gave us documentation that said the RV was equipped with certain extra features but we found out they were not installed. They said they would add these items but every time I try contacting [redacted] he refuses to return my calls. I have all my emails of our conversations that I can forward if need be. At our initial purchase we paid for the extended warranty costing approximately $4500.00 and all of these repairs should be covered under that. We have given them them many opportunities to make this right. Mr. [redacted] has been the difficult one by not returning calls or emails. I have had to call Camping World Headquarters twice to and they then have contacted him to return my calls. How does someone so dishonest able to business this way.
