The repairs were completedNo further problems were found after weeks the customer stated she is having another issueThe customer has been working with the manufacture to get the repairs completed thru their warranty processThe customer doesn't have a way to transport unit back to camping world of Hillsboro for repairs so Jayco is currently working with her to get the unit repaired elsewhereThe repairs have nothing to do with the sale of the unit they are Jayco warranty items at this timeWe have offered to complete any Jayco warranty repairs if the customer can get unit in to Camping World of Hillsboro we don't transport units for customers

Complaint: 1***I am rejecting this response because:
What the manager (***) failed to tell you is That he called me to inform me that he will be sending me a check with my refund However, he informed me that my Name and my trailer VIN number are now black listed from ALL Camping World locations I am not allowed to return for ANYTHING! Are you kidding me! Also, as I attempted to tell ***, I felt like any other business, when a price posted on a product/***, they should be honoring that price Don't tell me that someone must have bumped the price board and knocked one number off Anyway, this person (***) was not very professional as I was mid stream trying to talk with him and he just hung up on me!!!
What he said is true in that they called me! However, I still needed the work done and I said please do the work but I am still disputing the price and would try talking to them in person I received explanations that my *** writer was new and didn't know the pricing Sorry for that but when the price is posted on the board and hanging on wall in plain sight, there really isn't much else to say
So yes, he did tell me that he is going to be returning my check to me But I have never seen such unprofessionalism over one job And now I'm on a 'black list' where I can never come back to their organization 'ever'! I acknowledge that he (Camping world) is sending me a check (which I have not yet seen) but I reject that this was properly resolved because of how I was treated

I am rejecting this response because:Mr*** did not accurately represent what Camping World told me I did not become hostile but frustrated at their lies and deceit They would promise me something and the following day withdraw that offer They did not deliver what I purchased and have offered nothing in the way of customer service since I drove off the lot.They denied any responsibility for leak which has been diagnosed by Winnebago as Winnebago issue Sales Manager threatened me that they would cancel order for only replacement part they acknowledged and that I could start over with someone else if I continued to email and complain.Camping World has done nothing to remedy poor quality control and vehicle that is not functioning.Two months after purchasing a new vehicle, I am still unable to use it as it is still in repair facility - not Camping World as they cannot be trusted to keep their word or to deliver a service!

I just read message that the case is closedI was never asked to respond only that I need not to at this timeCamping World contacted me after you contacted them and instructed me to bring the unit inI did and it is still in the process of being repaired and is waiting on partsThey claimed they tried calling me several times previous to you contacting themI took my phone to Verizon to figure out why their number was not going through to my phone and they had no good answer other than I just did an update and it may have affected my contact listI took them off my contacts and they are now keeping me updated on repairsHowever if it was my phone they still had my e-mail to send communications and eventually that’s what they did I am reasonably sure all the work will be done but can’t be “satisfied” until it isIf you would like, I will follow up with you after the repairs are completeThank you for all your help

They had stopped emailing me after a co-worker emailed them and said to stop responding to me and I also got the email and responded that I think the Revdex.com would agree with me and still no response from them. All I wanted was the sale, not an explanation on why they're right and I'm wrong. I have enough people that agree that they would have come to the same conclusion I did. They've since changed the signs to be more specific like they should have in the first place so obviously other people were coming to my same conclusion

We had verbal authorization over the phone from Mr. [redacted] to continue work. We gave himinformation and asked if he wanted us to cease labor at that moment. There was no...

"bait and switch" asMr. [redacted] states there was.
Even though we are completely in the right, we will mail Mr. [redacted] a check in the amount of $100 on09/01/16 to clear and end this dispute. We advised Mr. [redacted] on 08/31/16 that will be reimbursing him$100 as per his request.
