Camping World

I purchased a brand new Salem Cruise Lite in March of 2025. I did the abbreviated walk through because it was 22 degrees outside. The first time I used the camper was May 2nd 2025. This is what I found:1) Leak in shower above skylight, 2) Leak in kitchen faucet, line cracked, 3) When I tried to close the screen door, the latch was 1/8 inch away from the striker and the door would not stay closed. I repaired these items myself as "Nate" from Camping World in Conway, NH could not fit me in prior to a trip to Virginia. When I arrived in Virginia: 4)Air Conditioner needed to be replaced, 5)Awning would not retract correctly, 6) Screw in shower mysteriously appeared from I don't know where, 7) Toilet bowl seal was no good and would not hold water, 8) Striker to light outside grill does not work. Had to cut short my month long stay in Virginia. To date, "Nate," from Camping World has not been helpful at all. This whole situation smacks of complacency at a level I have never seen before. These service people had many days to make sure this camper was in traveling and camping condition. This was a miserable fail. I know that after you do this set ups, you get bored but we customers are depending on you to make sure a brand new camper is good to go. Then AFTER the sale, you are supposed to be helpful! That's how customer service works. I am currently engaging with an Attorney as Vermont has strict Lemon Laws. I'm not sure if this is a Lemon or Camping World is so incompetent that they exacerbated the problems. I would not recommend the service dept at Camping World in Conway, NH to any perspective RV buyer. Don't be disappointed like I am. By the way, Forest River did step up to the plate monetarily for my lost time in Virginia and for the items I have replaced myself.
