Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:My husband never brought the car to Camplain Auto in JulyAlso , the car never overheatedThe work on the car for which my husband initially paid $was completed on August 19thThe car broke down on route on August 24, and was towed to Camplain Auto by [redacted] Jeff P [redacted] told my husband a friend of his who was an Audi mechanic would look at the carOn August 24th Mr.P [redacted] asked my husband for $4,so he could buy partsThe $and $4,is on my credit card There is no disputing thatHe told my husband the car would be repaired and would most likely need a head gasketFor months he kept telling my husband not to worry the car would be fixedThis went on for months!!! My husband suggested he contact his insurance company because he ruined the engine to his carDue to his negligence MrP [redacted] had the car at his garage from August 24,until January 26,This is unacceptable and we are out $and are forced to rent a carFurthermore, Mr P [redacted] refused to give my husband a written estimate or anything the entire time in writing as to what he did to the car Regard [redacted] ***
