Review: I bought Terramar battery socks for my father. He placed new batteries and the socks never worked. I returned the defective socks and waited for my money back. Never called me back or heard a reply so I called the business a lady answered. She asked me if I had a tracking number of my returned item. I said no the receipt said to return the item to campmor [redacted] at TN return department. She said since I had no proof of returning the product that I would not get my money back.Desired Settlement: The receipt states refund on top of postage refund due to defected merchandise. I paid $14.98 for socks $6.99 for shipping and another $6.99 for returning the defected product.

Review: I received a pair of boots with sizes that do not match. One side is a 7 and the other is a 7.5. I am trying to contact the seller but they have been unresponsive as they promise a next day response.Desired Settlement: They provide me with shipping for an exchange for the correct sizes and I would like both sides of the pair of winter boots I bought be a size 7.

I believe US is very strict on False Advertisement and this is what there are doing.
