We are being very honest and not lying at all A technician called and showed up for the appointment to the address that was given to us We have over 2,reviews (still star rated too!) on Google and if you go through every single one of them you will see we have never not shown up for appointment or not called Yes may be late due to the nature of job, but we have never not show up or call There is no reason for us to have never called or not shown up We have been to over 5,Kansas City homes and this has never happened before We are so sorry you were not home for your appointment arrival window time slot and missed us Thank you again for all the feedback This has certainly been a learning lesson All the best!-ZerorezKC

I am rejecting this response because:the are not saying the address and phone number called just the phone number and address given to themWhen the above is a copy of the information that auto populated on their website and I never received a call I have my phone log too, it is attached, and my address is an apartment not a home yet he said house and doorbell which I don't haveI want to know the exact number called and the address visited as again they were not mine! My neighbor was outside moving all day did not see them and the landscaping crew who were also outside all day did not see them there was road construction on Nall so there was only one enterance available that day and while walking my dogs I stayed in view of the enteranceSo I do not believe that my number was called or that my address was visitedAnd if you combine all zerorez maybe you have star reviews but kc doesn't they have soseems like a habit of not being truthful

We have responded to [redacted] in multiple ways now (Phone calls on the day of the cleaning, Yelp, Facebook and now Revdex.com). We are so sorry [redacted] missed Zerorez when the technician arrived for her scheduled arrival window time slot on Saturday 5/6. A technician arrived during her...
arrival window time slot, he called multiple times (he has phone call logs to prove it), and he waited over 15 minutes for [redacted] at her residence. There was never any word from [redacted] for a 30 minute to 1 hour time frame. The first technician call was 15-30 minutes before arrival and then another 15 minutes of waiting at her residence and there was no word from [redacted] during that whole time. [redacted] has said she was walking her dogs during that time in other correspondences. There is a good chance the technician missed her during the dog walks. The technician still has phone call logs of trying to contact [redacted] on that Saturday 5/6 if Revdex.com would like to see them. We have apologized to [redacted] so many times and we continue to apologize. We wish [redacted] all the best.
