covered patio roof and re-side the entire home . Once work began Campos remodeling Remained on site untill work was completed and to the customers satisfaction. Work was estimated to last the duration of 5 days however due to the consistent  Ridiculing of an unfinished product by the customer and a consistent attempt  by Campos to make  changes to ensure complete customer satisfaction the project was extended for the duration of 16 days.  [redacted] insisted we kept changing window trim and asked why it was caulked and it was explained to [redacted] that all windows being trimmed with aluminum need to be sealed to prevent any water from penetrating through to the house .  [redacted] continued to make complaints every step of the way including asking Campos to move a newly installed Gutter downspout 6" inches over to the left when it was Clearly installed where she had originally asked for it to be installed . Campos Again , in all attempts to ensure the same level  of customer satisfaction that we provide to the hundreds of satisfied customers we do business with incurred additional expense and time to move the gutter down spout .  Upon completion of the project [redacted] expressed yet another complaint with water shedding off the roof and onto the new siding , Campos Asked [redacted] if any water was entering the house and [redacted] Responded that in fact no water had penetrated into the house . It was then explained to [redacted] that The new siding was doing precisely what it was designed to do , "Shed water" . [redacted] insisted that we make the water stop shedding off the siding and threatened not to make her final payment of $4,165.00 . Again in another attempt to satisfy the customer and to be paid for the work that was done, Campos installed a water diverter Free of charge . [redacted] continued to insist that she was not happy with window trim. At this point in time Campos had already exerted all the time available and needed to return to tend to other scheduled jobs. It was at this point in time where a punch list was created  with all the complaints [redacted] had and signed by [redacted] in order to prevent her from creating any additional  complaints . It was explained to [redacted] that we would return to close out her punch list of complaints when the scheduled allowed. She then Held onto funds and did not pay for the completed work. Campos returned again in December and completed the punch list that had been previously signed by [redacted] expressing her complaints  only to find a new complaint from the customer about the water diverter . We then made an adjustment to the water diverter and [redacted] received her promotional gift of a free 42 " flat screen tv and was satisfied and Campos was finally able to collect the final payment. In the following year Mr Genovese contacted Campos right after a big storm and expressed that a piece of trim came off in the storm . It was then expressed to [redacted] that this not a warranty covered item and that perhaps she should contact her insurance carrier and file a claim.  Campos Custom Carpentry and remodeling llc highly values customer satisfaction and always welcomes the opportunity to better our business relationships. Given the nature of the situation we attempted to set an appointment for the following day however, the customer explained that she would not be available for another week because of her work schedule despite our efforts to explain that if it was leaking into the house it should be looked at right away. We have since been able to set an appointment and have been to the property to take a look. Upon a close investigation of the leak it was found to be coming from a faulty aluminum flashing that was pre-existing prior to our involvement with the property. it was explained to the customer in detail exactly where the leak was coming from. Review: Contracted with Campos Remodeling on 8/23/13 to perform a complete siding replacement and porch addition beginning 9/2/13. It was made clear that the porch addition was to alleviate a water problem over the main picture window of the home. Job did not begin until a week later and was not completed until December 16th 2013. There was not a consistent effort to be on site to complete the job. [redacted] was rarely on site other than to collect funds. The quality of work was riddled with problems and re-performance of work due to the unskilled labor used. I have made several attempts to contact the vendor by phone and messaging including photos of the siding trim that is not holding up. Most of the trim work performed is either missing, wavy, bent out of shape due to lack of securing properly. The seams on all window trims have gaps due to sloppy cutting that were covered up with caulk in an attempt to hide which did not hold up over the winter. Additionally, a promise was made to return in the Spring to repair our flat roof (which was paid for) due to the fact that the job was not finished until the snow was flying. Secondly, the porch that was built has now created a new water problem which causes the water to pool in front of the walk way and create an ice puddle at the entrance of our home. Campos Remodeling stated that they guarantee their workmanship for one year. The vendor does not respond after at least five attempts to contact.Desired Settlement: We would like the repairs performed to our satisfaction before the end of October 2014 or we will hire a new vendor to perform repairs at Campos Remodeling's expense.

Review: I had the siding done on my house completed on 10/22/2014. My roof was fine and not leaking prior to the installation. Around the third week of November my roof was leaking. I had a professional roofer come look at it and he stated the leak was comming from a piece of trim that was installed between my two levels of my roof. I called [redacted] from Campos Custom Carpentry & Remodeling and he agreed to come look at it. On the day of our appointment he cancelled and we rescheduled for the following week. I took off from work and he did not show up or call. When I called he did not respond so I sent him a text and he said he put the wrong date on his calendar. I attempted to reschedule and he still has not responded. It appears he is avoiding to take responsibility for the repairing the damage that was caused during the siding installation.Desired Settlement: I would like them to repair the damage before it gets worse. Or I will get someone else to do it and they can pay what it cost to get it repair.

Review: Campos Custom Carpentry was hired on 6/22/13 to remove an old roof and install a new one at my property on [redacted]. The project was supposed to take a week. It instead took 6 weeks. The main issue, however, is that the roof they installed leaks. The old roof never leaked. The owner [redacted] did come back 2 times to try to fix the problem. He was unsuccessful. He promised to come back again and replace all of the shingles around the chimney. That was 2 months ago. He has not responded to any calls or texts since.Desired Settlement: I would consider replacement and to have the contractor replace the shingles like he said he would 2 months ago. However, at this point with the weather turning I need the work done immediately. Also, I don't trust this roofer to fix the problem. I need to hire another roofer and I would like to be reimbursed for any costs I incur to re-shingle around the chimney.Thank you
