Mr *** and his wife filed electronically in which of coarse since it is a bank product, there are fees involved, unlike Mr *** and his wife would like to think I can not work for free there is a fee for my services and this is disclosed at the time my services are renderedNow with Mr *** and his wife FAILED to mention in there complaint is that they came to my office because I was highly recommended by there friends and family members which all file at my office and have never had an issue with my tax preparation servicesIn regards to there bank account being frozen by our office this information is incorrect, who am I to have a clients bank account frozen? I am not the IRS or State of Illinois to have such power to do this to a clients bank accountMy office is open during tax season Monday through Friday 9am to 9pm and Saturday 10am to 7pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm and we are here to help clients which is exactly what we did for Mr *** and his wife, true enough this happened in the month of February when I am extremely busy taking care of clients which is why they spoke to one of my secretary's each and every time they called with a concernThey were NEVER ignored or put to the side because my office runs in a professional matter and our clients are our #priority, and Mr *** & *** Carrillo is not being truthful in saying that we did not help resolve there issueWhen I say issue I mean that because when they came in my office on 2/4/they gave me the wrong routing number for there bank which caused a delay in there refund, this was not my mistake I base myself off the information Client gives me at the time they fill out there applicationIn regards to us being nervous about anything or us asking the client why they called IRS this statement from Mr *** is not true, what would I have to be nervous about? Mr *** and his wife can call the IRS as much as they need to because that will not change there refund or any credits that they are legally entitled toIn fact our office provided Mr *** and his wife the direct IRS numberThey also stated in there complaint that we made a mistake and were trying to cover something else, I prepared there income taxes upon the information they provided and they did in fact receive the refund they were legally entitled to minus bank product feesFinally I would like to end this response to the complaint by stating that I have a successful business for over ten years in which I do not invest money in advertising because I am a professional at what I do and through word of mouth referrals I take care of over families per year, if I was being paid to scam or steal money as *** *** stated, I would no longer be in business!! The reason I would not want to refund $that consumer is asking for is because I do not feel that I should work for free for services rendered on my behalf regarding the preparation of there taxes!
