No confirmation email for an order I placed (Very expensive) and contacted them about not receiving any information on my order both by email and Facebook and not response. I don’t even know how to cancel my order because NO ONE WILL ANSWER ME.

We are glad one of our customer service reps, Gavin reached out to you to rectify your problem. It appears we worked things out between us and we have come to a solution.

I placed an order for a battery, order #*** on 2/21/19. My item was shipped fairly quickly, unfortunately this text box thinks it is a SSN and will not let me submit my complaint with it. I would be happy to provide it if needed. It was set to be delivered on 2/25/19. That day I saw that the package was delivered, however when I went to my mailbox it was not there. I live in an apartment complex with a multi-mailbox unit. I do not know if the package was placed in another mailbox. I would have hoped if it was a neighbor would have given it to me. However now this is almost a month later and I still have not received my item. I contacted the company and *** regarding the missing package on 3/2/19. I have yet to hear back from the company; they never responded to date. I asked if they could please look into the missing package as well and if they would issue a refund or ship out another item. I truly never received this package. I would have not gone to these lengths if I had.

I didn't receive the product as a whole (parts were missing) it took me several emails, calls and days to get int touch with their customer service. They informed me that "its a manufacturer" issue the first time I reached out, now that the product arrive and DOES not work (I recorded and sent them the proof) the woman I spoke with, *** said the exact same thing. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, the other reviews and my experience feels like a scam.This company is a freud!!!

This issued was addressed back in October. Customer ***, purchased a *** she stated was defective. She sent a video where she shows us, her turning on the vaporizer, placing the product in it. The *** did turn off during her video. Since the product is defective, we referred her to *** (Manufacturer) and gave her an invoice as per our manufacturer warranty protocol. We did explain to Mrs. that all of our customers have a full warranty with *** because we are an authorized retailer and they would be more than happy to further assist her with her warranty claim. She got upset at that point because she did not want to deal with the manufacturer and demanded a full refund. We did notify her all sales are final(if used), as stated in our terms and conditions at the time of check out, but there is that full warranty. She was very upset about that and became aggressive via email and over the phone. It was then she threatened to contact the Revdex.com and file a chargeback. Chargeback has already been filed and submitted. Blessings,*** Office/Warehouse

I have made 4 purchases from ***.

The first order was 5 batteries that worked fine.
I place a second order for the same items, and none of them worked.
They were shipped out to customers, based on the assumption I purchased a working product.
I have had to incur the cost of replacing the item, and sending prepaid postage to return the defective item. I would then replace the item with another battery, that too was defective.
I called, they said they would send and RMA for the broken ones and replacements for the defective ones.
I have purchased 50 batteries, all defective, and only 15 replaced. Also defective.
The customer service ***, *** and *** are busy not practicing customer service skills.
I asked for a refund, I was yelled at by ***, telling me they will only replace again.

So, if you want to deal with a company that sends out defective items, doesn't sell what you pay for, be out 500.00 while you wait for the bank to charge it back, because the unscrupulous and dishonest practices of Vape Society, then order here!!! This is a problem vendor, poor business practices and no customer service at all. I have incurred the expense of shipping back their broken products, and I demand a refund.
