We installed the shower door the customer selected and they are not happy with the way it looks. In regards to the tile, we had our construction manager inspect...

[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. Waiting to hear back from Blackmon Mooring, to see if the agreementwill cancel out warranty.I am not sure what there normal is on the pack out, but my stuff is missing. There were other issues I didn't even mention, that I would be surprised if it was their "normal" operations. I do not think my warranty on their work, should be voided. Will get back to you, once I hear back from them.
