Review: I purchased a used washer and dryer set from this company, the dryer did not work properly and after arguing with the owner [redacted] several times I got a loaner while they took mine to work on it. 2 weeks ago I was messaged and told that my dryer was fixed and asked if I was available that weekend for delivery. I messaged back and said yes that I was available. The following Saturday I was told by the owner that my fixed dryer would be delivered on Monday, well Monday came and I was told Tuesday between 1 and 3 pm. Tuesday came and I was told that it would be Wednesday. I then stopped by their building on Wednesday and was told that it was on the trailer ready to head my way. I did not receive any type of communication from them until Thursday after I messaged [redacted] again twice. I was told that a side-by-side fridge that was also loaded in the trailer fell over on top of my dryer and completely demolished the dryer. I asked for pictures of said dryer and was told that they didn't take a picture they threw it in the truck with other scrap. In the mean time I found a picture that the husband [redacted] had posted on a yard sale site of a dryer exactly like mine with another washer for sale. I believe that they sold my property to someone else and I am getting the run around. I asked for a new washer and dryer set in exchange for them "demolishing" mine, but am being told they have no sets whatsoever so I again have to wait until they can locate a set.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a new working matching washer/dryer set delivered to my house as soon as possible.
