I don't accept because I have proof showing that th why can show codes and exactly what's going on with my car it clearly states that I did call because my car would not start but clearly I asked for a diagnostic tests to see why my car wouldn't start which is exactly why I got my car towed to the location he explained and said clear as day that he was being "lazy" and that's exactly why he didn't put the charge separate but he could have been a separate but he stated he was being lazy and didn't want to do it separate and did it together as one chargeAnd if he would have offered to bring my car back then I would not be doing this right now and complaining about the issue at this point my point is I don't have a problem with them fixing whatever was 6i need proof that they fixed it and I need proof shown that there was a problem in the first placethey havr no proof which is why won't my refund! I feel like I'm being cheated out of my money because they're telling me I have this charge on my bill but they cant provide proof of how they got this charge if they fix an air valve how they know if I was broke if they didn't do a diagnostic test showing that an air valve was the problem or the issue I can't go strictly off of what was said or what they know from I need to see proof on paper I need to know what I'm paying forI believe this is very unethical business that they're doing and I believe it's unfair due to the fact that they can provide proof of an issue that was wrong with my car but yet charge me for an issue that they can provide proof of what she makes no senseat this point I don't even want their help I want my money back no prove I want my money!!! I would never do business with them again because I believe they cheat people out of their money and that's not right!!!

These issues are unrelated to the repair that we did on his car The air bag light was on when he brought the car in for the thermostat housing I don't have the diagnostic tools to read the air bag codes, otherwise I would have offered to make that repair for him

I am rejecting this response because: The divergence lies in the business insists the two warning lights of the car were on before its repairing, and I insist the warning lights were not on before its repairingI think they should notice me such important things before their repairing work, thus the divergence may not exist The business said the car “needs front brake pads”, but when I checked it in another official inspection station, they said the brake pads still have 70% left, so I needn’t replace the brake pads, obviously, there exists a contradiction, how to explain this?

The valve stem and break light have nothing to do with each other. We told you it needs front brake pads and wear sensors. We also explained the air bag light was on when you brought it in and let your know we do not have the tools to repair the air bag light.

These issues are unrelated to the repair that we did on his car.  The air bag light was on when he brought the car in for the thermostat housing.  I don't have the diagnostic tools to read the air bag codes, otherwise I would have offered to make that repair for him.

There are many things that can cause oil to get in there. It could be a motor issue.
She contacted us a few months ago about this issue. I drained and refilled the antifreeze. She has not contacted us if there is something else.
