Internet, dumpster, pool, mold in my apartment Internet has been out for two monthsIt has affected my schooling and my work, They claim they're going to fix it but never have, two months later and they're still charging us for it knowing it is not working, The trash in the dumpster is over flooding into the road, people Allowing their pets to swim in the pool, when I first got this apartment there were signs of mold they said they were going to fix that never did been here a year, still mold, I'm trying to treat it myself but it's not going anywhere

I am being billed after having someone else move in to the apartment I was leasing. I moved out in the beginning of June, I paid a $350 relet fee, part of the rent for June, and turned in my keys and parking pass. I was told that after I had paid the relet fee and part of the rent, I would not be responsible for the rent anymore. Today I received an email that I owe them money. I opened the email and I am being charged for the rent for July as well as another $350 relet fee.

Management has changed so many times and I have only been living here for a yearWithin this year, I've had issues with rent paymentAlso, I had roommates which I did not get along with and I asked to move to another buildingyou'd think that would be no problem right? WRONG! I had to pay $just to get away from themAlso, we asked for NO pets when we first moved inone of the girls had a dog that apparently no one knew about (in the office)She left a month or so after we got there and guess whatshe left fleasThe apartment was infested with flees for close to a week and all the office did was tell US buy flea bombs because they were UNAWARE of the petThey also said they would investigate to see where the fleas originatedas if we were lying about her dogoh yeah and actually when we moved in we DID mention the dog to the officeNowmaintenanceMy air conditioner was outgonedone for! I had all the fans on, it was already summerMaintenance came in and I told him I cut the air on (because it was SO hot) and he said "well it's not going to get degrees in here" I told him I knew that and that it was currently degrees INSIDE THE HOUSEHe then goes about to say (instead of just looking for the problem and stopping the back and forth) that it's not working because I have it on cool and not autoI informed him it had only been on cool for an hour, it was hot for daysHe FINALLY decided to look for an issue and guess whatthe drip pan was flooding, it wasn't because my air wasn't set to AutoI can say the new manager seems to have it together, things have been getting fixed but at this point I'm well over living out here

I need this situation to be solved as soon as possible
I was recently a tenant in building *** room ***I currently have some serious problems with this organization, my issues are pertaining to the charges that I have been placed with regarding the aforementioned former place of residencyThe very first time that me or my family heard anything about these charges were through a notification that I received from a personal credit monitoring company, informing me that my credit score was lowered significantly due to a collection contract being placed on my accountI received no update at all in reference to any charges that occurred after the final payment was confirmedThe communication pertaining to these issues was absolutely terribleIf me or my family knew that there were any issues at all, we would have taken care of it / them in a timely mannerWhat's very troubling is that I still have more issues with this organization that I have to point outThe closing of my stay at

Early Move In Fee

The agreement was Bradley *** could move in before the beginning of the lease for cleaning of the carpet instead of replacement of carpet
On July 28, a conversation phone with Trevor was agreed Bradley would not move in until contract move in date of August 13th Later Bradley was contacted and I answer and identified myself as his parent *** *** state if he was willing to have carpet cleaned instead of replaced he could move in on July 30, afternoon
Bradley did not move in until August 7,
Company claims there was an verbal agreement with Bradley *** per phone conversation on unknown date

My apartment was damaged by the hurricane, and is full of moldI can not live there due to the health hazards of complete mold growth
I can not live in my apartment due to the mold that is covering every surface I have asked that my lease be broken without penalty, and was refused I am being made to pay full rent and utilities for an apartment I have not been able to live in since September 11, My lease states that I should not be charged rent or rent should be prorated, I was told they have good attorneys and that are not going to reduce rent at allI have paid for September, October and November in fullI have also had to go to the doctor and be treated for mold poisoning and breathing problems

CEV-Wilmington failed to notify me of substantial water damages to my apartment, and failed to communicate with me in the weeks following the event
CEV-Wilmington called me on Tuesday, Nov20th, while I was away for the Thanksgiving holiday, and notified me that the hot water tank in the apartment above me had brokenThey said there was no water damage to my apartment, and that I'd just be losing powerThey offered to remove any perishable food from my fridge, and store it until I returned from the holiday
I returned to my unit on Monday, Nov26th, to find it in shambles: the entire ceiling visibly sustained water damages, parts of the ceiling were on the ground, fans and dehumidifiers were scattered throughout my unit, the heat was cranked up to degrees Fahrenheit to dry out the entire unit, my garbage can had been used to hold dirty water, holes were cut out of the ceiling to allow air to circulate and dry it out, my bedroom carpet was completely soaked through
