She order a fridge rental from us January 1st The unit was delivered January 6th to her assigned room at *** University. The first time we heard from *** was via e-mail on February 3rdShe also called on February 7th and 8th. I was unfortunately out of town from February 1st
to the 7th. I issued her a refund On February 8th $and sent her a copy of the refund
