Let’s be clear that the above complaint does not include the verbal abuse that the manager of the store was subjected to by this couple During this visit, [redacted] ’s husband interrupted a conversation she was having with the landlord He walked up, loudly complained about her using the “f” word and other obscenities When asked to calm down and back away, Mr [redacted] got louder and shook his finger in the face of the landlord asking “do you think you own the place or something”? When Mr [redacted] (her husband) asked for the restroom key, she did not hear him on the first request He then raised his voice, proceeded to call her an f$ing ***, and insisted that he was heard but was being ignored Not true She was processing a drop off laundry order, had her back to him and could not hear him over the noise from the washing machines and dryers that were running nearby Simultaneously, [redacted] started yelling at her to let the child use the rest room - all the while, she was also using profanity and calling the manager names The manager had had enough verbal abuse from this couple and did not open the rest room for them A private business is not required to provide a rest room for customers There was no mention (or evidence) of the child urinating on herself while in the store (Her Facebook postings tell a different tale.) While the manager was in the process of checking out another drop off customer, [redacted] walked up to the desk, interrupted and demanded to get her name She was given a first name and position with the store The complainant left the store and then took to Facebook writing a scathing review on the company page and to her friends These profane postings are included as they show threats to the manager (trip, head butt)The company page had to be removed because of the threats and profanity She then pulled the race card with her friends Please see attachments Desired settlement from the business: This couple and their family should not return to the business

I need to wash clothes for my children an its a close place to my home, I feel the video in that laundry mat will show the manger is unproffession it was a race thing it ain't about playing no card d I'm white my selfShe told my yr old she could use the restroom an denied her, also no the manger was by here desk time my husband asked her, I also feel this lady got on my Facebook , an I still don't know this woman name, I would like to know it I sure was upset yep she treated us unfair and has done so a few times, my Facebook said I wanted to cuss her out, which tells u I didn't cuss her as she had said, my daughter did pee herself, which the videos shows me running my daughter to dollar tree next door, I would like this just document because I know there will be other situations that will come up in due timeThe manger lacks communication skills to the public as a mangerI just know if I go to a company I would like to b respect because I am a respectful person in till it comes to my childrenI believe all humans would be up set if there child was denied like mineIf she could show you the videos of 3times we have been there you will Clearly see her approaching us at different times , which elavated the disagreement with my husband you will see her stalking us as if we was gonna walk out with her machine, you clearly see her grabbing the cart from my husband because she was to lazy to walk across the room to get a cartAn u will see she was going to let my 5yr old use the restroom then defined herI ask the videos be looked atI would of not wasted time on a complaint if I was in the wrong , but the n this case this lady will clearly show unproffession commication and probably many more things that go on at her laundry mat

Let’s be clear
that the above complaint does not include the verbal abuse that the manager of
the store was subjected to by this couple.
During this
visit, [redacted]’s husband...

interrupted a conversation she was having with the
landlord.  He walked up, loudly
complained about her using the “f” word and other obscenities.  When asked to calm down and back away, Mr.
[redacted] got louder and shook his finger in the face of the landlord asking “do
you think you own the place or something”?
When Mr. [redacted]
(her husband) asked for the restroom key, she did not hear him on the first
request.  He then raised his voice, proceeded
to call her an f$ing [redacted], and insisted that he was heard but was being
ignored.  Not true.  She was processing a drop off laundry order,
had her back to him and could not hear him over the noise from the washing
machines and dryers that were running nearby.
Simultaneously,
[redacted] started yelling at her to let the child use the rest room
-   all the while, she was also using
profanity and calling the manager names.
The manager had had enough verbal abuse from this couple and did not
open the rest room for them.  A private
business is not required to provide a rest room for customers.  There was no mention (or evidence) of the
child urinating on herself while in the store.
(Her Facebook postings tell a different tale.)
While the manager
was in the process of checking out another drop off customer, [redacted] walked up
to the desk, interrupted and demanded to get her name.  She was given a first name and position with
the store.
The complainant left the store and then took to Facebook writing a
scathing review on the company page and to her friends.  These profane postings are included as they
show threats to the manager (trip, head butt). The company page had to be
removed because of the threats and profanity.
She then pulled the race card with her friends.  Please see attachments.
Desired settlement from the business: This couple and their family should not return to the business.
