Review: Landlord has failed to pay the security deposit refund of $435.00 within 45 days of the lease termination, cleaning, and move out of 7/31/2014. No move out inspection was conducted and landlord has not responded to numerous inquiries on the refund status.Desired Settlement: Landlord sends the $435 refund check in the self-addressed, stamped envelope that was previously provided.
