Review: On 5/03/15, took car through the drive thru car wash at this gas station, went straight home, and upon drying car off with towels, immediately noticed damage done to rear roof spoiler and rear bumper of car. Called station immediately and left message, never heard anything back. Looked up station on Internet, found another phone number (incidentally, the one Revdex.com has listed for station), and was referred by the person who answered back to the station itself. Went into the station on 5/15/15 and spoke with manager [redacted], filed a report, and was told it would be sent to a corporate office. When asked for the phone number to the corporate office, [redacted] declined to give it to me. Have repeatedly called station since with absolutely no response from anyone. Have written estimate for damage done that is going to cost around $575 to repair.Desired Settlement: Would like station to pay for repairs needed for damage done to vehicle by car wash.

Review: Earlier this month, I took my car to the car wash at this location. The car wash ripped off one of my mirrors (driver's side). I reported this to the manager, and was told I could fill out a claim form and that the issue would be handled. However, after several weeks of follow up, I have not heard anything back from the company or any response about my issues. They are ignoring me and hoping I am going to go away.

I cannot drive the car because of the current safety issue and am incurring costs of a rental. After calling them several times and sending them emails threatening potential small claims action, I still have not received a response.Desired Settlement: Repair for the broken mirror, as well as rental car fees needed due to the car being undriveable.
