Review: I ordered this product several weeks ago and after a while with no change in the order status I emailed them asking for a reason as to why it was taking so long, they replied saying the order was on back order. After waiting about a week I began to email them asking for information regarding my order. Tharp has been no reply even after several emails. I asked for a refund of my money so I could get the product elsewhere, however all attempts of making contact with them have been unsuccessful. I have called the number on their website multiple times and it just goes to an automated thing.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my order, however I no longer trust this company and would prefer to get my money back.
Review: I purchased a dirt bike part online on July 2nd. Payment of $13.95 was taken immediately from me via Paypal. As of July 13th I have not received an email stating my part has been shipped. I have called the phone number for the company numerous times and can only get a voicemail. I have emailed them several times, posted on their facebook page and facebook messaged them with no response. I either want the part I purchased or my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like my part shipped or my money back. Either is fine.
Review: I ordered a clutch assembly for a schwinn graduate 150 scooter from Campus Skooters about 2 weeks ago. I have not received any response about the status of my order, but they sure processed payment!

When I use their website to check on my order, it says "processing..." I want to know when or if I will receive this part. It cost $69. Not a huge thing, but if they cannot fill the order, they should (1) let me know, and (2) refund my purchase price. At the very least, they should respond to my email inquiries and phone call messages and let me know what is going on with my order. The store phone number has been removed, and is not in service, but the phone number for the order department does allow messages to be left, which I have done numerous times. I have left 2 different contact phone numbers as well.

I am wondering if I sent money to someone in bankruptcy proceedings, or otherwise is out of business, but still receiving cash from customers knowing that they( Campus Skooters) will not fill the orders. I ordered another(different/additional part needed) part from another company and received it in about 4 days. That's the kind of thing I expect when I order something online - or otherwise some communication explaining the situation.Desired Settlement: I want to know when or if I will receive this part. It cost $69. Not a huge thing, but if they cannot fill the order, they should (1) let me know, and (2) refund my purchase price.
Ideally, I will simply receive this order promptly - I need this part to fix this machine!
