We did respond to his phone calls, on 11/10/2016 after he left a message on 11/9/16, then again talked to him on 11/14/16. According to my cell phone I don’t have any other record before then. I have no record on my message pad before that date or my cell phone. The problem wasn’t the roof but the A/C ducking that goes into the roof. We didn’t do any destructive test that would have maybe showed up something. (My certification notes that we don’t do destructive test).
