Per our records, all open work orders regarding *** ***’s sink have been correctedIf this is not the case, our office will gladly send a member of maintenance over to her unit to correct any outstanding issues at her requestOur maintenance team is in the process of repairing the A/C &
heating unit in *** ***’s apartmentHowever, there has been a bit of a delay in finalizing the repairs as we’ve had to contact a specialist to complete the project & are currently awaiting on the arrival of necessary replacement partsIn the meantime, *** *** has been provided with a space heater for her unit as a temporary solution while repairs are in progressWe are anticipating having *** ***’s heating system up & running within the next hours, as long as further complications with repairs do not ariseRespectfully,

*** *** notified our office of her concerns regarding fleas within her unit on 12/15/Unfortunately, our office was not notified of the situation by the resident until closing on that dayBeing a weekend, our office was unable to schedule an inspection for pest control until our vendor opened
on Monday, 12/On Monday 12/18, our pest control vendor was called out to the unit to inspect for fleasPer our vendor’s professional assessment of the unit, no fleas were found within the apartmentHowever, the unit was treated for pests, as a safeguardAs no issues were found within her unit, relocation to a different unit is unnecessaryPer her lease, *** *** is liable for her contract in its entirety, including monthly rent (the $she is referring to in her complaint is her first monthly installment) & a refund will not be offeredIf *** *** wishes to transfer to a different unit, she may do so upon availability, at her expenseFor further information regarding a transfer, *** *** can contact our office during business hoursRespectfully, *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: When speaking to the manager 12/18/at 3:for mins, after being lied to by staff, over the phone I get the incriminating response of "What does Fleas have to do with asthma/allergies" from the manager and As upset as I was I just asked for a refund, I did not want to deal with anything else or anyone elseAll while having my mother as a witness to her tone and language I decided to take matters here to Revdex.com and *** *** in ***I understood my condition with asthma and allergies, as told by *** *** *** *** *** * *** *** ** *** *** *** and I did not appreciate the way she handled the situationHow am I to live at a apartment complex whose management nor staff cares for its residentsI DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL and I am demanding a refundWhose to say there will not be retaliation against me in some way? I was previously released October 31st out of *** *** *** because of an infection in my body and I was not able to work for weeks, and when I finally went back I had to work overtime to be able to provide for myself on top of medical billsI did not want to be homeless and broke, but now at this point I am because $of my money is now in holding at an apartment complex I Could not and do not want to stay inI also explained my living situation being on a time limit since my disabled mother is on assisted livingAs the Manager you do not care for your residents well being in your establishment and your establishment is extremely dysfunctional because I was told two separate LIES while speaking to themThe first lie was that there was nothing they could do at all about the situation, and even after calling the emergency number and speaking to that operator we, me and my mother, were told that the main office at campus view was still OPEN though they proclaimed they were closedThe second LIE I was told was that I could get a new apartment and/or that I could get a refund by someone named ***,after a while we were no longer able to contact *** ***I also was not able to access my account online at *** even though I was approved on the 18th, after the complaint not being resolved, and not the 15th when I signed all the paperworkCurrent residents are still having pest control issues here so heard nowTo walk an apartment by myself and be attacked by fleas after getting out of the hospital and calling to resolve the issue responsibly and being told lies and dealing with the after hours emergency operators and still having to deal with a manager/management personnel who was rude and who does not even know me judge by her own wits instead of a medical professional about what I am and what I am not allergic to for a weekend, all while being broke because they refuse to give me a refund and living with my mother who could now be terminated from her current housing situation and after all the complaints still being "approved" not on the original moving date 12/15/but days later on 12/18/at 3:pm all because of fleasAlso *** stated that he hated the fact that I had to go through this and no one should live in flease and there wasnt no note left about my complaint I told him we spoke to after hour emergency they said they was gonna contact the office and let them know that im calling and why wasnt they picking up cause they were still open until 6pm the recording states the call is subject to monitoring and recording the whole point of this matter is I was do to move in on 12/15/but do to flease I couldnt so I call soon as I notice fleas on my jacket that very same day 12/15/the day I was due to move in spoke to lady at office explained what had happen ask could I get another apartment are refund she stated no cause paper work had been processed how was that and lease wasnt signed until monday 12/18/at 3:pm after sending pest control guy in to spray im an asthmatic patient I cant be in stuff like that but since the lady was so rude being smart she doesnt care about my health all she care about is my money I pray that I be refunded my $to avoid further action being taken I complained about the issue before lease was approved Regards,

office. [redacted] was notified that the refund process could take up to 30 days & was asked to provide a forwarding address to help expedite the process. However, [redacted] refused. Ultimately, the refund was processed & a check was cut & sent directly to the property. [redacted] picked up her refund check in person, with a verified photo ID, on Monday, December 18, 2017 & her account with our office has been closed. Respectfully,     [redacted]

 As previously mentioned, upon receipt of your pest control concerns your unit was inspected for infestation. Per the professionals who completed the inspection, no signs of any pests were found within the unit. However, your unit was sprayed as a preventative measure. As no issues within your unit were found, required relocation is not necessary. If you would like to transfer to a different unit on property, it will be at your own expense as outlined in your lease agreement. Furthermore, you are still financially & legally obligated to the contract you signed with our office, which includes your monthly rent installment; due on the first of each month. A refund will not be issued, as the funds are truly owed.
