Review: on October 8, 2014 around 8:15pm I pulled into this exxon on my way home to get gas I was on the phone talking with someone and when I pulled up to the pump I got out still on the phone looked up to see what pump I was on and repeated pump 6 and the person on the phone heard me as I went to the cashier I told them $25.00 on pump 6 went back to the pump to pump my gas the pump was not working still on the phone I went back to the cashier to ask what was wrong with the pump the cashier told me I said pump 9 I said sir I said pump 6 but In the midst of this dispute a customer was at pump 9 trying to use his credit card and realizes the pump just started and stopped pumping at $6.00 went into where I was talking to the cashier and said he was trying to use his card but the pump stopped the cashier told the customer on pump 9 to pay me the $6.00 and change he pumped but the customer stated he didn't have cash on him that's why he was using his card so I in turn told the customer my business was not with him because I gave the cashier my money so the cashier allowed the customer to leave so he left so I am still there arguing with this cashier about my money because I never received gas for my money I asked for my money back and he only wanted to refund me the difference less from what the customer had pumped so I called the pg county police they arrived I explained the situation the officer in turn went to go talk to the cashier and came out to let me no that the cashier said he offered to give me $18.00 and I refused the offer from the officer because I never got any gas I just wanted my $25.00 back so the officer t.withrow#[redacted] got me the owners name which is mr.a[redacted] to try to resolve this matter and a case #[redacted] I have been trying to contact this owner by phone and in person since Thursday no response and he is never there so I have paid money for goods that I have never received so I am pretty sure im not the only complaintDesired Settlement: I would like my $25.00 in cash back and proper management in place
