Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I confirm that I was contacted by both Devin and his wife regarding this issue. I provided my full name and mailing address to Devin's wife and understand that they will reimburse me the $8 not given as change by the car wash; however, I will consider this issue open until money has been received. Revdex.com,[redacted] and I have spoken, I will be issuing him a $5 refund, as well as providing a $20 wash card for the failure of service and break down in communication.  I was out of tow over the holidays, had another party look after the carwash that was not instructed to check our voice mail....
