I spoke with the customer and her husband repeatedlyWe can not just give them a $10,more vehicle at no charge to them. We have not been able to duplicate there complaint nor can the customer illustrate it for us. We opened a case with Nissan Motors on the customers behalf,
because the customer stated it wasn't there issue to do so, since the vehicle was leased and (they believe isn't really there responsibility)I explained to the customer that if they believe there is a vehicle that impedes the value or safety of the vehicle they could pursue lemon law, the customer refused to do so.Since we could not verify the customers complaint, we told them that if it were to occur again we would pick up the car at there home of office and supply a loaner vehicle at no charge to them.I had the vehicle washed, and gas filled for the customers inconvenience and the customer stated they never asked us to do so.As for the $check it was mailed as promised on 11/22/16, I am waiting for proof that the check was cashed as I type this letter.Please feel free to reach out to me if there is anything further we can do

Good Morning - The customer came to us as a referral from a local dealer. he paid the price of the vehicle, plus tax and a power train warranty.we have a signed buyers order and contract - by the customer. all documents were reviewed several times. I can supply all docs as needed.

Furthermore the unprofessional ism of how this sale was conducted for me has left Nissan World of Denville open for negative word of mouth especially since their defintion of "detailing" is just vacuuming and wiping down the surfaces as I am still finding garbage from the previous owners.
