In regards to Mrs***, it states in on each individual account that final balances are due days prior to the tournament A customer can log into their account at any time they choose and alter their reservationWe prefer our customers do it themselves on their own CAN/AM account so that
there are no errors in making changes and no one is changing anything without the account holders knowledge. In the terms and conditions that each person must either accept or not it states our refund policyWe have to wait to get the hotel bills back and reconcile each one before we can process any refunds. I am not sure who Mrs*** spoke to when she called and was told the person was on the phone and I apologize that she felt they were unconcerned about her situation.Mrs*** was refunded her $on November 28th.
