not wrongfully accused, your salesperson lied,document dated 6/20/2017 was signed in the office of [redacted] prior to signing I asked [redacted] if there are any additional or undisclosed fees,he stated there are no additional fees my son was also present in his office and witnessed his statement.I signed the document dated 6/20/2017 for the agreed price of $3193.19.The document dated 6/21/2017 was signed at my residence when [redacted] delivered the mower,he stated it was to verify I received the mower my son was present and witnessed his statement,I feel your employee [redacted] intentionally lied and made false statements to complete the sale,I am requesting a refund of any fee added to the agreed price of $3193.19, Please forward details of this transaction to someone at S&H farm supply with the authority and integrity to resolve this.I was not informed by your salesperson about the required oil and filter change at five hours of operation on new mowers. Checked all tires before use none were at the recommended pressure. is this the sales staff diligence and the S&H integrity you are proud of?.
