I am rejecting this response because:The reason they say I'm a difficult client was because I sent them an email on June 13th regarding my problems with their products being broken, rancid, labeled wrong, and the lack of customer serviceThere have been 3-
other people working in the company who were complainingI have records of those conversationsThe reason why they didn't want to step forward is because they have already invested hundred's of thousands of dollars and lots of time setting up new businesses and some hiring employeesThey would have nothing leftI also know there have been many customer complaints as well. The first payment I made to them was on February 15th for $1,They told me to pay through PayPal because I didn't have company checks yetThey gave me his email address for his plumbing company ***@gmail.com He also told me to use the "friends and family option because it will save us both money"I didn't know at the time that if something went wrong I had no "buyer" protectionI did send another payment that same way on March 9th for $1,Can Tek Labs then wanted us to wire the money so we did that four timesThe payment on August 28th for $I made by mistake Via PayPalI spoke to *** *** and told him what had happenedHe said it was fine he would resolve the payment issue and mail us the productEveryday after that was a different story on why it was delayedThen he said via text message he "no longer wanted to work with me"He thought "I was a snake and he would expose me for who I really was which was someone who just wants to make money and not look out for people"I received many text messages like thisIt was really upsettingI didn't know why all of the sudden they were like thisAlso, said that they were no longer sending my products and they would refund my moneyThen the next day they said and I would have to call PayPal to get it back.On September 6Th I initiated a dispute with PayPal and told them what happenedThey said that there was nothing wrong with ***@gmailaccount"There's no reason why they should be able to send you your money backThere lying"PayPal sent an email to *** *** explain how I opened a claim and it gave him a link to be able to return the moneyI called *** to verify *** got it and he said "yes but they weren't going to refund me cause they don't have access the that email address anymore"The email address was attached to a plumbing business that he soled several months ago"I did a google search and ***'s name comes up everywhere relating to the businessNo mention on him selling or a new business ownerI did call the number associated with the business (*** *** ***) *** and its still his voice on the answering machineI did call *** again to try to work it out but he told me to stop calling him.It's absolutely ridiculous that they say that they care about honesty and integrity! What a joke! Like I said, I have pictures, emails, and text messages regarding all of it
