I entered the drive thru at the Fairview, PA Burger King at approx 7:30PM on Jan 8, 2018, as soon as I started around a sharp left turn to the menu board, I was shocked!! The drive thru was not plowed, it was approx 12" deep with thick, ice and slush!! I was appalled at how negligent this drive thru was kept
I started swaying to the left and right, my front and back tires on the driver's side were on the 12" high ice/slush, and all the pressure was on the passenger side, then I heard a sharp "crack" I was so scared! I managed to barely make it to the drive thru window, the kids working there saw all of this, and called their district manager named "jeff" He assured me if there was damage it would be taken care of I could barely get out of the drive thru, This was a very dangerous situation, and any PEDESTRIAN COULD HAVE BEEN INJURED ON ALL OF THE ice!! I received a call from their Erie, PA office, and they assured me that they would pay for the damage to my car I got est
