Canaan Buffet

We have been to the Caanan Buffet twice. The first timethe food wawasn't great and the service wasn't very good either. My friend told me it was under new management and that we should try it again.
We went as a family outting and I was suprised at the price.. my husband, myself, our 7 yr old, our 3 yr old, and our infant daughter were over $50. We sat down and the waiter wasn't very nice or helpful when we requested a highchair. I went with our 7 yr old to get some food and saw there were quite a few dishes with peanuts. I immediatly asked one of the people working in the buffet if everything with peanuts was clearly labled since my son is very allergic to peanuts. I was assured everything was labled and safe.
We got our plates but I made sure to get only things far away from the peanut dishes... my son ended up getting chow mein and jello. We sat down and after 2 bites of food his fash was swelling and turning red! We rushed our son out to get him to the hospital and my husband stopped to let the manager know. She insisted that I must have given him one of their clearly marked peanut dishes SERIOUSLY!
I called later that night, after our son was dischared THANKFULLY without needing epinepherin, and the same rude manager insisted that I gave him peanuts and that she wasn't worried because "I am a Christain and prayed for him". She told me that next time we came in she would walk me around and show me their peanut dishes. What a [redacted] (I don't cuss because I am a Christain. Her using her beliefs as a way to pass off my sons possible death is sick and makes me made that people like this even say that are Christains. It gives the rest of us a bad name!!)
