Be aware of them no way to contact them phone just goes to a dail tone . I see many previous complaints.

Please advise shut them down . They are not answering the phone. Goes to a dail tone. Scam for sure.

We regret to inform you; after thorough research, the customer listed does not have an account nor has been billed by our company. Canabis Capsules CBD products does not belong to us.

This business has used my credit card fraudulently, charging me $89.95 and $89.79 on April 11, 2020 without my knowledge or consent.
On April 11, 2020 I was charged $89.95 by WELLMORPH8662919712 866-2919712 QC.
Again on April 11, 2020 I was charged $89.79 by HALOWELLFU8662937997 866-2937997QC
Both of the above charges were made without my knowledge.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund for the charges of $89.95 and $89.79

I ordered CBD oil from this company for the oil only and did not sign up for anything else like a monthly order.. I want a full refund
On March 9,2020 I placed an order off the internet for CBD oil for $6.95 and didn't subscribe to any other offers.. March 26th the company tried to send through on my credit card a $89.95 charge for a subscription, which was denied... March 31,2020 it was run through my card again and approved... Upon calling credit card company they said it went through and gav me a phone number for the company.... I called them and they said I had 14 days to cancel my order but I have not found that on their website... He said he was sorry but all he could do was give me a partial refund of $35 and cancel my subscription... I finally got him to give me $45.. Upon looking at the company's Facebook review page apparently more than just me is getting scammed by this company...
The only document that I have is he barge on my credit card... I would be happy to submit that to you...

I want the rest of my refund (if I even get the $45 he said they would refund ). That leaves a balance of $44.95 I would like them put on a scam list that you don't have to search for hours to find

My complaint is the same as the ones I read here. There is no way to contact them to refund my money
I originally ordered and didn't know it was to be monthly. I cancelled but a few months later they started shipping again for $28 instead of $79. I can't find a way to contact them to cancel now.I bet I have 15 to 20 bottles that I would like to return for a refund. Please help me.

Dear Ms.,
We received your complaint #XXXXXXXX regarding your Daily Choice Hemp Seed Oil account. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional information. According to our records, we received your order on January 8th, 2018.
The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 14 day trial period starting from the date that the order was placed, in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges. They also indicate that "you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $79.99 fourteen days from the date that the order was placed for the product. These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product.
When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button, we must assume that they have read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.
On July 3rd, 2018 you placed a call to us and excepted a free shipment of the Daily Choice Hemp Seed oil as well as a 65% lifetime discount of the product which brought the product down to $28.00 month. There was also a billing extension provided on that call to the end of August so you would not be billed or shipped anything until August 26th, 2018.
We never heard anything from you after that, so the account remained active. The account is now cancelled and as a courtesy we have refunded the two most recent charges billed on March 15th, 2020 and February 14th, 2020. For a total of $56. Please allow 3-5 business days to reflect into your account.

while I appreciate the 2 month refund and cancellation, I have 15 packages that I would like to return for a refund. I tried to handle this, but there was conveniently no contact information to be found. How can you cancel when there is no contact information. I see from this site that I am not the only one with the same issue. Attached is a picture of what I have. There is nothing here with contact info and I exhausted every possibility online to find an email or phone number. I will gladly send these back in return for MY MONEY!

I called about getting a refund. I've called three times.
On May 12,2019 I purchased 100% pure natural B+ Cannabidiol Oil. One bottle was free and I bought 2 more bottles and the cost of $149.97. I had to return the bottles because I was getting ulcers in my mouth. I used the free bottle before realizing that the ulcers were caused by the cannabis oil. I called the company on two weeks later and talked to Drew agent *** and he told me to try the CBD oil once more. So I did and was still getting the ulcers and I stopped again. That was my first call. My second call was on may 24th and talked to another agent no number. She told me that there was a $9.00 restocking fee. I said ok. She said that my refund would be $74.75 and when I questioned why that was there policy. After I hung up I realized that was a $57.22 different minus the $18.00 for the restocking fee. I called back and talked to agent 132 Ashley. I told her what I was told. She said that was wrong. She said I would receive $131.97. I checked back and was told that they haven't received yet. I mailed the oil from my home, and that means no tracking number. All I want is my money back. If you have any questions please call.

We have attempted to locate account associated with your first and last name, and the address as listed in the complaint and we were not able to locate an account using this information.

Can you please reply with the full name, email-address and/or phone number used to place the order or order# from the confirmation email? Can you provide us with the first 6 and last 4 of the credit card that was charged. This would be the most accurate method of determining if you have an account associated with our Company.

Was the order placed using a different name or address? Some customers will use a family members name for the order

Can you type the name of the product as listed on the bottle exactly as it's printed?

Please respond with the above information so we may further assist you.

If you look up *** in New Freedom, PA *** you will find it. Also I need to see the credit to my account for the $79.95 unopened package I retured. The name is the same as listed on the complaint. Cannabis Capsules CBD. You know that. Your business is one big scam.

I, too, was cheated out of nearly $80. I supposedly neglected to cancel further orders (which I thought I had done,) so I received an additional bottle. I called to complain and was told, so sorry. I asked if I could get a refund of I returned the product. They said yes, so I did. At least two months ago. No refund. These people need to be prosecuted and required to refund money they fraudulently obtained.

I ordered a sample and paid for it to be mailed for $4.95.I received my sample and did not order more.The company continued to send the product monthly and charged my credit card 79.00 every month from Jan-Nov.We have only received 4 bottles total.My wife had me look at my credit card bill thatI only use for emergencies when I discovered the charge.My card is through my credit union where I have savings withdrawn monthly from my pension and if I have a charge they automatically take it from my monthly savings which is why I didn't notice it.I called to ask for refund and was told they could only credit for November. I initially ordered this Daily Choice Oil. I tried it and it did not work. I called and cancelled a few months ago. Now I got another delivery.
After ordering and trying the oil I found it did not work. I had made a request to stop sending. 8/14/2018 more has arrived. I want the shipments stopped and money refunded.

I did receive the samples and was charged the 4.95 I later was charged 89.95 twice for the two items. I responded to the company to stop and no further charges. They sent another set of the two items and charged me again 89.95 each for two items. I refused the item delivery from the USPS which they returned the items to the sender. I received a response on February 8 2018 from customer support [email protected] stating We have processed a refund for you in the amount of $89.95 and $89.95 Please allow between 5-30 Business day for the refund to reflect back into your account. I have never received the refund.

This co. has deceptive and dishonest advertisement and billing practices. They hide contact information so its difficult to talk to anyone.
this company, Daily Choice, advertises online for a free trial of hemp oil, all you have to pay is shipping. They claim after the fact that I, the customer agreed to receive future product for $79.99 each bottle and it is shipped automatically. This is not true. It is a big lie. When I signed up, there was no disclosure or info shared about future billings. Upon receiving my 3rd bottle, with no price or contact information, I resorted to looking at my bank account to see where the amount was charged and when, which is where I found the phone number. The shipping label and pkg had no way to contacting the company nor an amt charged for each bottle. This is very dishonest. Bate and switch, lie and deceive. If you have any questions please feel free to call.

I have contacted this place and requested that they stop sending products and charging my account. They said ok and will stop sending but I still received more products. when will this end?

The Company on line is called BioScience Labs. This is a complete scam. Their product does nothing that it states. When I called to complain I was promised that they would cancel my ongoing order, I paid the $4.95 that they asked. I cancelled immediately. They promised me that I did not have to send it back. I asked for an email from them, but they failed to do what I was told. They lied in the email. Don't fall for their scam.
