Service occasionally goes down and they blame it on ***. When it goes down, I check with *** first, and find there is no problem with them.

Most recently, I renewed my domain for another year through their site, but they didn't process it in time, so the DNS records have been removed. Filed a service ticket two days ago and have not heard from them. They don't answer the phone and there is no one at their office in Mississauga.

***! If you are planning on leaving them, cancel the credit card you last used to pay them!

Absolutely horrible customer service. They've shut down my site after sending reminders to the wrong address and not to my main email address. I've now been trying to reach someone to get my site running again for three days.
