Fraud warning
Do not use this service! Your security is at risk. we ordered Mother’s Day flowers using a credit card we only use for Canadian purchases once or twice a year and within 24 hours of ordering we have $10,000 with a fraud on our credit card. so we knew exactly what transaction it was linked to and that was the flower order on their website. Our local florist in Norwood ONTARIO had closed down and we made a quick decision to use this service and have regretted it ever since. Of course we worked with the credit card company to get the charges reversed. but imagine waking up at five in the morning the day after your purchase to urgent emails from Visa about 10,000k in fraud and a locked account. we reported this fraud to Canada flowers so that they would know. and perhaps could warn future
customers that whatever service they are using to process payment is selling credit card information on the dark web and exposing people to fraud. reception was cool and confused. And after all of that, guess what… they never even bothered to reply or get back to us. That’s the kind of company you’re dealing with. DO NOT USE.

Time to put these crooks out of business

I ordered two Mother's Day arrangements - identical - for my mother and my mother-in-law, set to arrive Saturday so if they got busy, they'd at least have them for Mother's Day Sunday My mother-in-law got hers before 9am on Saturday! My mom never received anything at all I called the company on Mother's Day Sunday at 11:after finding out nothing had arrived and the man on the phone apparently tried to get a hold of the florist After waiting on hold for about minutes he came back on and said he couldn't get a hold of them I voiced my displeasure and then asked what next? He said they should arrive by 3pm because his screen showed no sign of a problem Well it is 6pm, no flowers ever arrived and my mom probably thinks I'm lying Thanks for a Happy Mother's Day Canada Flowers! Save yourself the money and embarrassment Use another company!

I ordered a round glass bowl with a floral arrangement within - an orchid and greenery. Ordered Dec 13, 2016 for a family member's funeral on Dec 17, 2016. When the order was received by my brother, the orchid was wilted and almost dead. I sent a photo of the said arrangement to Canada Flowers to show the state in which it was received. The cost was $44.80 CAD. I received $9.00 refund which is unacceptable. Apparently, the policy did not allow for a problem of this nature. I was told that orchids don't last. Does that mean, they don't survive delivery? Then why is this advertised on their website? I contacted Customer Service twice and my wife contacted them as well to request that the Manager phone her. The manager never responded. I am greatly dissatisfied that a family member received a dead floral arrangement for a loved one's funeral. Not only was I embarrassed, but $9.00 settlement does not excuse the terrible product and the lack of integrity and poor customer service.

I ordered flowers from them for my friends birthday and for valentine's dayI spent $and got flowers that were not even close to the picture I purchased flowers on the 3rd of February for my friend they were for her birthday as well as valantines dayI paid $and there were supposed to be a mix of red roses and miny carnationsThere were to have little red heart things in there as well as a red see through glass vaseInstead I got roses that were bloomed and a day later diedThe mini carnations were not bloomed and still are notThe vase looked like it came from the dollar store and was not glass and see throughThey arrived on valentine's day like I asked and came with chocolate and a teddy bearThe only thing not messed up is the chocolate and teddy bearI was given a 15% refund that equaled I would like my money for the oder back in fullI live with about people and of them are girlsThey all got flowers and in comparison mine look like

On July 7th I ordered a flower delivery for July 14th to a business address in GTA areaOn July 14th morning around AM, I sent them a reminder and they replied to my email telling me that the delivery to the business is between Am and PMAs we get closer to PM I did not see any sings of "Flower" delivery to the address, so I called them (*** and ***) on 4:PM asking about the delivery and on 4:PM they confirmed that the order is NOT delivered yet
I asked for my order to be cancelled and my money to be refundedThey said they would cancel the order but they will charge for deliveryI told them they have not " delivered anything to be entitled for delivery charge
I filled a dispute with my Credit Card against them

I ordered a bouquet onlineI purchased the bouquet "as shown" and had it delivered to my sister in a different cityMy sister sent me a photo of the bouquet and it was not close to the photo of the bouquet that I ordered: the colour scheme was off, the vase was completely different and the bouquet included no roses as shownI complained and the company offered me just under $as a discount on a $order, which I don't believe was acceptable as the bouquet looked like a cheap bouquet from a grocery storeI regularly order $bouquets from my local florist and they are always gorgeous and abundant I will not order from this company again

I purchased the FTD PREMIUM "Beyond Blue Bouquet" online on October There was nothing blue about it, except for the poor presentation.It was delivered on October 3rd to the neighbor address I indicatedI sent this to my best friend after she had two devastating events surrounding death and trauma within her immediate family

I ordered flowers days in advance to be sent to my Mother for mother's day They were to arrive on the Saturady - day before Mom's DayOn Sunday when I spoke to my Mom they had still not arrivedWhen I talked to Canada Flowers they told me they had run out of flowers for orders all across CanadaThey claimed they sent me an email on the Friday but I checked and they did notThey said they would send some flowers 'just as soon as they could get some more in' hopefully Tuesday or maybe ThursdayConsidering that delivering flowers on or before the day of a special occasion is their entire purpose ofr being in business this is ridiculousTotal FAILThey said they would send me an email confirming I would get a refund to my visa but I have still not received it two three days laterThis company used to be good but I think they must have changed hands and now *** hoping that people will not check to see if or what flowers were sent*** ***

I ordered Mother's Day flowers that had guaranteed me they would be a large bundle as displayed in the advertisement, beside the picture of the flowers was my guarantee wording, "as shown." When the flowers arrived at 7:p.mSaturday, May 7, 2016, might I add is an inappropriate time for my year old mother to be waiting around for a delivery guy, after waiting already all day They were half the size, and looked nothing like what I ordered The flowers were the same type of flowers I ordered, however, half of the flowers looked missing It looked as if I received half of my arrangement I have my receipts and pictures
