I just purchased a Snow Mantra Parka from you which is extremely expensive and I have not been able to get anyone at your offices to answer any telephone after being on hold several times for minutes each day for the past daysI am appalled that for days, I have not been able to get anyone to answer any telephone number your company hasI do not believe that any business can continue to stay open when they do not answer their telephonesI have questions on the Snow Mantra Parka I ordered I would like answeredI would like to know, The length of the Fur Ruff overall, the width of the Ruff overall, what type of backing it is affixed to and how it is attached to the ParkaIf it attached with a zipper, what is the zipper length and what type of zipper is it?
