This company should not have a license to operate in TN. They strung me along 2 weeks after I accepted their bid. The office doesn't know what their employees are doing and the employees are clueless about what they should be doing. There is no communication between the office and its' employees. The estimator who bid my job, Les N[redacted] lied to me about something every time I talked to him. When I finally broke down and called the owner, Wayne ???, I knew immediately why there is so much chaos here. You can tell he is lazy. It was clear that he had no intention in ever doing this job. I fired them and vowed to do all I could to make sure others are aware of this disastrous company !!
They installed a new roof for us in 2011 with a 5 year warranty.
Since then we have had 3 serious leaks and paid out of pocket hundreds of dollars for repairs to ceiling and walls
Following the recent ice storm, had 2 more serious leaks and called to ask for company to come out , provide estimate and repair, 2 weeks lapsed never returned calls and after 4 days following call returned, promised a follow up estimate,
never followed up with estimate cost to repair, very disappointed.
