Just took delivery of our mats from Canada Mats and they look fabulous! I was drawn to Canada Mats by their ability to customize for the size we needed for our lobby, and am pleased that I did. I was particularly pleased with the service that Mike provided to me; he was very kind and easy to deal with as he displayed great patience in the order needing to be amended several times before we could have them produced. I called to inquire about my order, and admitted that I had only just placed the order, but was concerned as there was a lot of snow falling. The customer service provider, Rajan, found all the supplies I ordered and upgraded the delivery so that I would get the mats sooner - all to accommodate a person (me!) who ordered everything too late. But they fixed everything and I am getting my order much sooner than anticipated, for which I am very grateful. A very good customer service experience.
