12/9/2019, I ordered Xarelto 20mg for $221.33 Order # ***, With a stated delivery within 10-15 days. It arrived on 1/11/2020. I received Xarelto 15mg. I informed them of the mistake. I was emailed on 1/812020 that a correct replacement was being shipped at NO Charge.
Next I received an email 1/11/2020 that the original order was cancelled and a check for $221.33 was being mailed. On January 17,2020, I received a hand written "Cancelled" written a copy of a previous order of 9/6/2019 and nothing else.
I waited and waited I finally contacted them on 2/20/2020. They informed me that the check for $221.33 was in the letter with the handwritten "Cancelled". I repeatedly emailed them stating there was NO check with that letter. We have exchanged emails with the recurring theme that all I had to do was deposit the check, While I informed them numerous times there was NO check with the "Cancelled" letter.
Client was verbally abusive on the phone to one of our employees who explained our policy for shipping is: We do not guarantee shipping times only the delivery. We mailed the client a check to fully reimburse her for the order placed. We are willing to ship another order but will not work with her again. If we ship another order that will terminate our relationship in the future. In fact we are shipping another order today with tracking. Shipping time is 15 business days and will have tracking. We have placed over 15 orders over three years but this will be the last one.
