With a decision to relocate from Grande Prairie, AB to Kamloops, BC we were in search of reputable movers with great customer serviceWe had approximately quotes for our moveSome higher priced and some lower priced but Canada Pro Moving was Revdex.com accredited so we decided upon themJenn at their office would return our emails with questions and inquiries late at night and early morningVery polite, professional and reassuring that our move would be handled well The day of pickup, the truck ran late as the previous customers estimated their load weight wrong and had almost doubled the work load for the guys pushing back our pickupIt was our anniversary and were hoping to go for dinner but were worried that there wouldnt be enough time to with the guys being behindThey suggested for us to go and let them do their thingAs they worked vigorously to make up for our lost time, we brought them back dinner and they ate as they packedAll said and done, we signed off with a handshake and they assured us they would be on time at our new destinationDrop off day arrivedThey were right on time, didnt waste any time unloading and bringing up our belongings to a 4th floor condo without an elevator keyThe scale (weigh in) was approximately pounds heavier than we expected but thats our fault for heavy book cases not that of Canada ProWith having absolutely everything wrapped upon pickup, only one table was damaged of 8100lbs of belongingsAmazingWe etransfered the remaining debt to Canada Pro and the guys were gonehours to unloadCouldnt be happierJenn was vigilant on following up to see if everything was ok and even offered to reimburse us for the table and for our anniversary disruptionWe never asked, she just went out of her way to ensure we were completely satisfiedHats off to a great teamHoping that we never have to move again but would definitely use their services again if needed

Moved our son back home from Calgary to Surrey, BC and we looked at six or more different moving companies Both my son and I thought that this is such a sketchy business and dealing with the different companies you can't help but feel a lot of them are not straight up people At first I had the same feeling about Canada Pro Movers I went to their warehouse on Annacis Island to check them out and there I met Tony, good guy and I just had a positive feeling about it after seeing the warehouse and speaking to him personally so we decided to go ahead with them They picked up in Calgary on Monday afternoon and they just left our house in Surrey and it's now WednesdayThey did a fabulous job we're really happy with the service and everything showed up as promised I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family who are moving
