Over a month ago, I noticed over $5 was removed from my approved credit section, not my pending credit section. So I contacted customer service requesting an explanation. After 4 separate email inquiries and still getting no reply, I felt frustrated and decided to cancel my account. However, the following message appears each time I attempted to close my account "error has been logged and submitted to our technical staff". I have tried well over 10 times in the past 2 weeks to close my account and every time I am met with the same message. I am currently still receiving survey invitation via email from Canada Talk Now and I want it to stop. In order to file this complaint, I needed to enter Canada Talk Now information, such as address, phone number, email, etc., however, these informations are not available on there web site. [redacted]Desired SettlementAllow me to cancel my account. Business Response [redacted]We only recently received [redacted]'s request to cancel membership as it seems that since he experienced technical issues, our system has been having issues with the process involved in cancelling membership and we did not receive the support emails.
