I can see that this company became a Revdex.com right after our last conversation on phone. So I want to share my story, that was deleted from [redacted].com because the work wasn't done and paid.
As a proof for every word written, I have emails from [redacted] with a quote and a work description, and a 20 min phone call recording, when he called me for the 3rd time(!) after my first review.
So, I'm just copying my review from yelp.ca from 11/09/2015.


We found Canada's Gardenland on [redacted].com and were impressed by many good reviews. [redacted] seemed to be a professional and a good person. At the very beginning of May 2015 we made a deal and were told that the work will be done in 1,5-2 months. After 2 months I called [redacted] several times and each time he gave me a new date and a promise to come by for signing a contract. Not once I cancelled my plans and waited for him with a deposit, but he never showed up. Last time I called him on the first week of August and was told that the work will be done until end of the week(!). At the end of August I finally got they were simply ignoring us and tried to look for other landscaping companies, but the closest start date was in November, that is too late for us.
On November 9th, I called [redacted] to ask why they didn't show up or called. He told me that they were busy and he can do my front yard NEXT YEAR!!! When I said that I'll post a negative review on [redacted].com, he said he will DELETE it and LAUGH AT ME!

So, we made an agreement, got several promises for start date and the company simply ignored us because our budget was less than other clients'. We were constantly kicked to the end of their waiting list because other contracts were much more attractive and our turn NEVER CAME!

I posted a negative review on [redacted].com (that was deleted because no money flow occurred, that is the site policy) and got a number of calls from [redacted].
He confirmed that the reason he was pushing us to the end of clients line were other fat contracts and asked me would I personally chose a less profitable deal.
He told I should go and find another contractor instead of writing a review on him (I did in August, but it was too late, summer was gone). He told that we didn't sign a contract (because he didn't bother to come) and our verbal agreement and email with work description and a quote are not enough for obligations.
