I used this moving service to move from Montreal to EdmontonOnce our items arrived in Edmonton, Some were missing, quite a few were damagedThe movers even caused damage to our home while bringing items in & Broke some items in front of us and just told us to contact their boss I emailed David A***, who seems to be in chargeI sent images of all the damaged items, also informing him of the missing items & damages caused to the new homeIt took a few emails for Canadausvanlines to reply and when they did, I was told there would be a week waiting period for their claims department to contact mewell over a month later, I still cannot get in contact with anybodyNo news on my missing items or how they plan on fixing the damages they caused [redacted] Product_Or_Service: Move from Montreal to Edmonton

On July 16th, I contacted Rachel at Canadaus Van Line and received a quote from her to move us from [redacted] Alberta to [redacted] Nova ScotiaThe quote seemed fair so I called to talk to her to set things up but ashe was unavailableI spoke to Justin and we set up a time for them to come out and load up for September 7th, in the morningI received my confirmation from Justin on August 31, and paid him the $deposit to confirm everythingAt that time we discussed the driveway and I told him that I didn't think an wheeler would be able to go in my drivewayHe said that they would most likely deliver in the same size truck as our pick up but he would look at Google maps and let the warehouse and drivers knowOn Sept 6th, Justin called me to tell me that the date had to be pushed back due to DOT pulling your trucks off the road for inspectionI told him this was unacceptable as we had planned and booked everything according to the date of pick up for Sep
