I recently purchased a truck through Canadian Auto Brokers and Bryan the sales associate asked me to lie to the Bank when they contacted me about the proposed loan , I was in Kamloops and Bryan asked me to tell the bank that I had personally met with him in Squamish and see the vehicle in Squamish which I did not do
After delivery of the vehicle the loan payments were all in place but came out 4 weeks earlier as agreed upon so I had to personally deal with the bank to rearrange my payment schedule
And then after all was settled and dealt with I contacted the Co Owner of Canadian Auto Brokers ... Natalie asking her if she could tell me when the vehicle had the last oil change so I could keep up to date and she personally told me ... if I had done the reviews on line that the company had asked me to do they would get me my requested information
One other thing I insisted on a vehicle that was a non smoked in vehicle and I was ensured the vehicle had not been smoked in prior to delivery but upon delivery I found cigarettes and a lighter under the passenger front seat
This whole vehicle purchase was dealt with improperly and dishonestly to my much displeasure

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy, however this entire review wildly contradicts our numerous recorded phone calls (which we are happily forwarding to the Revdex.com for review). We would never hold a clients information about their vehicle hostage in return for review, that goes against every company policy.
We have made several attempts to determine what we can do to assist you, but at this point it's not quite clear what your grievance is exactly.
