Hired this contractor to renovate my kitchen and upstairs bathroom in may/2017, in July they began to remove bulkheads from kitchen, they could only remove one side, them we waited for about a month for him to bring in the new cabinets, installation started in middle of August, some changes were made and we waited a few more weeks before they could continue, cabinets for kitchen and bathroom were all installed by the end of September but a lot of trim work was not completed including about three feet of crown molding, but kitchen and bathroom was done enough so countertops could be installed, the granite that we had chosen about two months prior that he was going to install, he now tells us that granite is no good and we have to pick another one, we went out with him and picked another granite, we are now at the end of September, we told him that we are having family over for thanksgiving and would like the job completed by then, he said it would, thanksgiving came and went nothing was done, we told him we were leaving for vacation oct. 18/2017, and would like to have it done before we leave, again he said it would be, it wasn't, we were on vacation til Nov.11/17, he said he would have it all done by the time we came back, we gave a key to one of his workers, we came back not one thing was done, at the end of November he came with a granite installer and installed the granite and sink in the washroom, but in the process they put a large hole in the tiled wall and a dent in the painted wall and they cut into the wall studs to make the granite fit, but the damage that they caused is still not fixed as of today, no work as been done here since the last week of December, he constantly has excuses why job is taking so long, we still have no granite for our kitchen counter top or lsland, we are still waiting for him to bring and install the rest of the materials, we have a 3' section missing crown molding, he said he would have it done by feb 3rd, it won't be, have not heard from him since last week.
