These guys are a joke, I live 20 minutes away but am immobile, took them 24 days to ship one item . Get off Facebook and do your job you lazy punks.

I had a worst experience with this companyWhat they do is that after you pay the whole amount for your order, they hold your money untill the gold market price goes down and then they go to buy you the gold from "*** *** ***" (where you think that you gatting your gold from theirown store)So doing; they can gain more money from customers
I placed two orders but before that I read the terms and conditionsIn the section of shipment time It says it takes business days to ship your order, if not shipped in business days you can ask for refundHowever, after the payment is received by them I got an email says your order will be shipped in 10-business days!!! WHATI called the store and a women with name Roshelle answered my callI asked her why the shipment time changed from to business days, she started to explain that it is already written in our website that it takes to business days, I told her where, she told me under "free and source shipping"I told her listen to me, this is business agreement so I am responsible only on what I read in the terms and conditions box, and on what I agreed to sign onI am not responsible on things that were not in the terms and conditions boxThe funny thing she asked me to take a screenshots of the section shipment time from the terms and conditions boxSHE WORKS IN A PLACE WHERE SHE HAS NO IDEA ABOUT TERMS AND CONDITIONSNow I am waiting of my cheque to arriveI will not deal with Canadian Bullion Services no more

After ordering silver for $19.74, silver had a big surge, Canadian Bullion Services allowed me to send the check the next day allowing me to see the surge before sending itThe shipment came so fast that the monitoring system is not neededWith face value and shipment costs covered on the silver I than had a 4% gain on the silvergold and silver are physical investments compared to stocks witch are good but the whole system is built on paper currencyAll paper currencies ever made have failed and its only time before it doesSo thanks Canadian Bullion Services, Thanks Dave who I talked to from their contacts

I had a worst experience with this company.
They hold my order for 3weeks without proper reason.
I ordered gold coin Dec01,02 and received my package on Dec23.
I will not deal with Canadian Bullion Services no more.

I have dealt with CBS for a total of six times since first trying them out in Dec. of 2014. I found the process of buying from them online or by phone, very simple easy and fast. They are an excellent place to do business. They have always emailed me confirming orders, relating when the items are to be shipped and when I could expect delivery. Their FREE SHIPPING on orders over $5000 was exceptionally fast... usually about 2 days. I was amazed by that. Packaging was always A+ in my book; very well done, with great attention to detail and the highest level of security humanly possible. For these reasons I would not ever take my business elsewhere. They are honest, very fair in their pricing and fast. Their advice over the phone was always excellent and reliable. One could not ask for more.They definitely rate an A+ in my book.

I had a very good experience dealing with Canadian Bullion Services. I ordered 2-100 ounce silver bars and received my package within a week of ordering. I also found their pricing to be the most competitive. I will definitely order from Canadian Bullion Services again. I ordered online but you can also order by phone. Thank You.

It has now been 20 business days and I have not received my order for 100 ounces of silver. I have called them repeatedly but only get their voicemail. They do not return my calls.
I will not do business with them again!

On October 4, I ordered a silver bar from Canadian Bullion Services. On their web site, it is indicated that the order should be shipped in 10 to 15 business days.
After 15 business days had elapsed, and no e-mail had been received indicating shipping had taken place, I phoned the company to find out the status of my order. I was told that the item was delayed at the mint and shipping would be delayed a further week.
I have contacted Canadian Bullion Services every week since then, and received the same answer. Either this company is not telling me the truth or their supplier can not be trusted.
It has now been 29 working days, with the same promise of the order will be shipped soon.
I hope that this company is legitimate and I will not lose my payment if this item never arrives.
